High-capacity processing for wider materials

The Metzner MBS-400 is a modular processing platform for wider and more demanding materials that require multiple operations within one inline system. It is engineered for applications where larger profiles, higher process loads or rigid materials make a smaller modular machine unsuitable.

Its travelling cutting concept supports continuous, controlled processing without unnecessary interruption to material flow, which is particularly valuable in rigid-profile applications. Within the MBS range, the MBS-400 is the model intended for higher-capacity production lines where width handling, process stability and modular configuration are primary technical requirements.
