The practical choice

The Metzner MBS-100 is a modular inline processing system for smaller material widths where several operations need to be combined within one controlled production sequence. It is typically specified where cutting must be integrated with additional stages such as marking, punching, drilling or similar product-specific processes.

The machine is suited to manufacturers who need repeatable handling, compact line design and the flexibility to configure the process around the product. Compared with larger MBS systems, the MBS-100 is the more practical choice where installation space, material size and process scope do not justify a wider or higher-capacity platform.
