More configurability without a large footprint

The Metzner MBS-200 is a modular multi-stage processing system for products that require more than standalone cut-to-length operation. It is designed for inline production where cutting must be combined with additional processing steps while maintaining stable feed, repeatable accuracy and efficient operator control.

This model sits in the middle of the MBS range, offering greater process scope than smaller systems while avoiding the footprint and width capacity of a large-format line. It is well suited to manufacturers processing profiles, hose, tubing or similar continuous materials where throughput, integration and consistent product handling are key requirements.
