The Metzner KL-BV40 is a high-precision cutting machine engineered for larger elastic, pressure-sensitive and soft materials up to 40 mm diameter, including thick tubing, profiles and flexible extrusions. Its finely controlled belt feed, ultra-thin blade technology and low-pressure handling deliver clean, deformation-free cuts even on bulky or highly elastic products.

The large-diameter option for bulky elastic and flexible materials

The Metzner KL-BV40 is a precision belt-feed cutting machine engineered specifically for larger elastic, pressure-sensitive and soft materials up to 40 mm diameter, including thick tubing, bulky profiles and flexible extrusions where standard smaller-capacity machines are not suitable. Its finely controlled belt feed, ultra-thin blade technology and low-pressure handling maintain clean, deformation-free cuts even on oversized or highly elastic products.

The machine is suited to manufacturers working with larger-format flexible materials that exceed the capacity of the standard KL-BV. Compared with the KL-BV, the KL-BV40 handles more than double the maximum material diameter, trading the higher cut rate of the standard model for the ability to process bulkier cross-sections without deformation or dimensional loss.
