The precision option for complex reinforced profiles
The Metzner CCM4 is a circular-knife cutting system for steel-reinforced profiles and hoses where cut finish, carrier control and low-burr performance are especially important. It is designed for applications that benefit from dry or wet cutting, optimised guidance and optional gap detection to achieve precise cuts without snagging metal carriers.
The machine is suited to manufacturers processing reinforced materials with tighter quality requirements or more demanding product geometries. Compared with the CCM2, it offers greater process capability, while remaining more compact than the CCM6 where a travelling cutting head or full in-line extrusion integration is not required.
