Its in-line cutting capability, integrated secondary cutting tool, and controlled rotational speeds ensure accurate, continuous processing without stopping the material flow, making it ideal for extrusion-based production environments.

The in-line system for rigid reinforced products

The Metzner CCM6 is a circular-knife cutting system with a travelling cutting head for rigid and semi-rigid steel-reinforced profiles, hoses and similar heavy-duty materials. It is intended for in-line production where the material flow should remain continuous and accurate cutting must be maintained without stopping the profile for each cut.

The machine is suited to extrusion and high-throughput production environments where process continuity, rigid-material handling and integrated secondary operations are key technical requirements. Compared with the CCM2 and CCM4, the CCM6 is the higher-capability option for continuous inline processing of demanding reinforced products.
